ALPINEER NETWORK: PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
Entities:
Alpineer Network, Andrew Carlson, and Alpineer Marketing Company LLC
THE TL;DR (Our Promise to the Resistance)
The corporate machine treats human beings like gumballs—extracting your personal data, chewing it up, and selling it to the highest bidder. We are building the Alpineer Network to smash that machine, not become it.
We do not sell your personal data to data brokers, ad networks, or corporate monopolies. We only collect the intel necessary to ship your physical gear, run the Beta software, and keep the network secure.
However, because we operate in the real world and process real capital, international data laws and our payment processors require us to explicitly outline exactly how we handle your information. Here are the official rules of engagement.
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT (THE INTEL)
To build this network, we have to collect specific data points. We collect information in three ways:
A. Data You Give Us Directly: When you fill out the Intake Manifest, the Beta Pledge, or the Media Release, you provide us with:
- Identity Data: Full legal name, social media handles, and business names.
- Contact Data: Primary email address and phone number.
- Logistics Data: Physical shipping address (so we can send you your official Alpineer gear).
- Content Data: Survey responses, feedback, and video/audio if you sign a Media Release to build in public with us.
B. Financial Data (The Stripe Shield): We use Stripe as our Merchant of Record and payment processor. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers on our servers. When you pay your $100 Beta Presale fee, your financial data goes directly to Stripe and is governed by their world-class security and Privacy Policy.
C. Automated SaaS Data (The Digital Footprint): When you access the Alpineer Network platform, our servers automatically record basic infrastructure data to keep the software running smoothly. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, and log data.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA (THE ARSENAL)
We only use your information to fuel the movement and deliver the tools you paid for. Specifically, we use it to:
- Grant you access to the Alpineer Network Beta platform.
- Mail your physical founding member gear to your front door.
- Send you critical network updates, launch phases, and system alerts.
- Enforce our House Rules and ban bad actors or bots from the community.
- Comply with state, federal, and tax laws regarding business transactions.
3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH (NO CORPORATE SLOP)
Let us be perfectly clear: We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third-party sub-processors who provide the infrastructure required to run this company. They are legally bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own marketing. These include:
- Payment Processors: Stripe (to securely process your initiation fee and manage tax compliance).
- Infrastructure Providers: Google Workspace (Forms, Docs, Sheets) and our web hosting platforms that store our encrypted databases.
- Fulfillment Partners: The postal carriers and logistics partners required to physically ship your gear.
- Legal Authorities: If we are served with a legitimate, legally binding subpoena or court order, we will comply with the law.
4. COOKIES & TRACKING
We use standard session cookies to keep you logged into the Alpineer SaaS platform so you don't have to re-enter your password every time you click a new page. We may also use basic, anonymous analytics to see which tools our community uses most, allowing us to build better features. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will break core features of the platform.
5. YOUR RIGHTS & CONTROL
Depending on where you live (such as California under the CCPA, or Europe under the GDPR), you have specific rights regarding your data. Regardless of where you live, we grant all our members the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Delete: Request that we permanently delete your data (Note: Doing this means we must terminate your Alpineer Network access, as the software requires an account to function).
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from our network updates and marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at: andrew@alpineermarketingcompany.com
6. THE FORTRESS (SECURITY)
We use industry-standard encryption and secure third-party infrastructure to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no digital transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your platform password confidential. If you use "password123", we cannot save you.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
As the Alpineer Network scales from Phase 1 into Phase 2 and we spin up our Community Capital Pools, the data we need to collect may evolve. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify the community directly via email or platform announcements.
8. CONTACT COMMAND
If you have questions about this policy, the data we hold, or wish to submit a data deletion request, reach out to our compliance team directly:

Help Us Save Humanity!
“The revolution will not be televised” – Gil Scott-Heron
Get in, loser. We’re going shopping to save the world!
The corporate machine is using AI and automation to replace us, isolate us, and reduce us to data points. I am driving across the country to find the real people who want to fight back. We are a network of students, builders, dreamers and rebels taking over. We aren't hiding from the future; we are weaponizing it to protect our humanity.
Right now, the corporate world treats humans like gumballs. Drop a quarter in, get a brightly colored worker, chew them up, and spit them out when the flavor is gone.
We are smashing that machine.
If you were to put a giant glass jar filled with 10,000 gumballs in a room and ask the smartest AI or the wealthiest CEO to guess how many are inside, they will get it wrong.
But if you ask 1,000 average people, from your dumbest friend to a PHD rocket scientist to guess, and you average their answers together? The collective average is almost always mathematical perfection.
We don't rely on rigged algorithms, paid corporate sponsorships, or even myself as CEO to tell us what is valuable. We rely on each other. We share what works, we review what matters, and we crowd-source the absolute best products, ideas, and strategies. An isolated human is a target. A connected network is infallible. Apes together strong.
Come with me if you want to save humanity.
OUR STORY: THE WAKE-UP CALL
I didn't care about the AI hype at first.
Then, I watched a machine pass the Bar Exam. I watched it score higher on an IQ test than 98% of the human population. I watched it obliterate the Wonderlic. I watched as it got me the number 1 ranked resume & cover letter for a dream job, at a fortune 5k company paying over a quarter of a million dollars per year.
When those headlines dropped, most of the corporate world panicked about job security. But I didn't see the Terminator. I saw a better way forward.
What happens when you have an assistant with general intelligence sitting in your corner? Having AI doesn't make you obsolete; it gives you the suit from Iron Man. I used this technology to test my limits, training myself to code at an enterprise level in under six months.
I didn't do this to build a billion-dollar tech monopoly. I did it to prove a point: Technology should be a force-multiplier for human potential, not a replacement for the human soul.
THE ARSENAL
Let me be completely transparent. I already built the tools.
The Job Bot that bypasses automated HR algorithms to get your foot in the door as the # 1 candidate? Done.
The Social Media Engine that scales your voice without paying a predatory $4k/month agency? Done.
If I ran this like a normal tech founder, I could take 1k members, run a standard 90% profit margin, and quietly pocket about $900,000 a year.
I don't need venture capital, and I don't actually need help running the software.
But I don't want to be just another tech bro hoarding wealth. I want to smash the machine, not become it.
THE MATH (SMASHING THE MACHINE)
10% - 14%: My Capped Salary The moment we hit 1k members, I am intentionally cutting my earnings from $900k down to $100k a year. I only scale up as the community scales up (adding a zero to the network adds a percent to the cap: 1k to 10k members is 10% to 11%).
I am taking the pay cut because this movement is bigger than a profit margin.
40%: Backing Main Street Big banks won't give loans to mom-and-pop shops anymore, even if they have great business sense and decent credit. We will. We take 30% of the revenue, park it in stable, tangible assets (like S&P index funds and bonds), and use that to co-sign and collateralize loans for our members.
30%: Jobs and Accessible Education College has become a massive debt trap. 60% of entry level jobs are being cut for those who expect to graduate in the next year. We are using this 30% of our revenue to directly fund entry-level jobs and internships, but we are also building full, accessible bootcamps equivalent to an MBA, a BSBA in Marketing, a Vibe-Coding bootcamp that feels like watching a TikTok (short & easily digestible content), and many more tools that will require mid to senior level experience as we grow together.
Why marketing and business?
Because understanding business and marketing isn't just for corporate suits. Whether you are an artist, a mechanic, a student, or a founder, knowing how to communicate your value is how we survive. We are making that education accessible for everyone.
Oh, and we are bringing back remote work, because unlike the corporate world, we aren't holding massive, toxic commercial real estate bags that we are trying to justify.
10%: The Referral Engine We don't want to pay tech monopolies millions for ads. If you bring a person or business (Yes we have b2b tools too) into the network, this 10% goes directly into your pocket as an ongoing referral. Get paid $100k annually for every 1k members you bring in as long as they stay with the movement. Finally, a professional network that works for you.
*This referral happens automatically when a new signup uses your email in the referral section of their initial signup form. Payouts happen monthly, beginning after 3 months from the new members initial signup, and lasts as long as the member is still a part of the network. Only members are eligible to recieve referrals.
10%: Marketing Just enough fuel to keep the movement growing and taking market share away from the legacy players. Once we are up and running this wont be as needed. This is where my take will come out of as we scale so we are still directly empowering our members with the remaining 80% of profits.
NO EXPENSIVE OVERHEAD
You don't pay for expensive office costs or over paid executives. Just experts who care about your business.
